Un personnage n'est-il pas, soit "réel", soit "imaginaire" ? Si c'est ce que tu penses, hypocrite lecteur, laisse-moi donc sourire. Tu ne peux même pas considérer ton propre passé comme tout à fait réel : tu l'arranges, tu l'ornes et tu le noircis, tu le caviardes, tu le bricoles... En un mot, tu en fais de la fiction : et tu le poses sur un rayon - ton ouvrage, ton autobiographie romancée. Nous fuyons tous en débandade devant la vraie réalité - et c'est là la définition fondamentale de l'homo sapiens.
